The MT-NEKRETNINE Ltd. real-estate agency is located in northeastern Croatia, in the middle of Bjelovar-Bilogorje County. Its headquarters are in the town of Bjelovar, Prilaz A. Hebranga 17.

We are registered as MT-NEKRETNINE, a limited liability company licensed for real estate, information technology and services. Our core business is: real estate brokerage, consulting related to the buying, selling and managing of real estate, market research and public opinion, marketing, third party trading on the foreign and domestic market and representing domestic and foreign companies. We operate in the Republic of Croatia and mostly in our home county.

Our staff has been in this business for around 15 years. Our owner and director started his business in 2006.

MT-nekretnine d.o.o. Bjelovar, Prilaz A. Hebranga 17 is in complete compliance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act (National Gazette no. 107/2007) and registered with the BROKERAGE REGISTRY for real estate at the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
The agency has a contract with insurer Croatia osiguranje Plc., protecting it from professional responsibility for any damages that it may cause to clients or third parties in the course of conducting its real estate business.

Director Mario Turković is a trained broker, has a Certificate of competency as a real estate broker and has passed the professional real estate broker's exam, which qualifies him to be listed in the real estate REGISTRY OF AGENTS at the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
Mario Turković has also been appointed as a Permanent court expert for real estate appraisal. He provides appraisal services for businesses and private individuals. The Agency has a business cooperation agreement for real estate appraisal with the banks Zagrebačka banka and Raiffeisenbank. It also carries out appraisals upon request for other banks (Splitska banka, Sberbank and Croatia banka), credit unions (Raiffeisen Building Society, Wüstenrot Savings Bank) and other legal entities. It also provides real estate appraisal studies at the request of the courts.

MT-nekretnine Ltd. is the only real estate agency in Bjelovar-Bilogorje County that can provide its clients with a 0.5% discounted interest rate based on its contracts with the banks Zagrebačka banka and Erste&Steiermärkische Bank.

The Agency has by far the largest number listings and clients, and is the only agency in our county that provides top to bottom services, from property hand-over to securing favorable lending, as well as providing full support to our clients in all aspects of our business.

Our agency uses the services of and works with several trusted and professional associates (notary and law offices, surveyor's offices, banks, savings banks, etc.), in order to provide customers with the most complete, secure and highest quality service possible.
